By accessing or using the Rogue Dynamics website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Rogue Dynamics is a marketing, media, and analytics studio. The Site may link to tools we operate, including our Predictor Analytics Quiz (the “Quiz”).

3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users 18 and older. If you are under 18, do not use the Site.

If liability is found, Rogue Dynamics’ total liability will not exceed $100, unless a higher amount is required by law.
